our 30 min consultation 

We’ll sit down for a brief, focused chat to understand your goals, training history, and daily routine. You’ll also complete a short movement screen to identify how your body moves to determine how we can create efficient, sustainable progress. With 19 years of training experience, you’ll be in expert hands from day one.

your first training session

Following the consultation, we will schedule a time for your tailored 30 or 45-minute training session designed around your biomechanics, goals and current fitness level.
You’ll get a clear sense of how we program and structure sessions.

This session gives you practical value from day one and lays the foundation for sustainable, long-term progress.
