 Prior to the commencement of your first Training session, a complimentary consultation and movement assessment will be conducted to discuss and observe individual considerations, enabling us to provide you with a program that's unique to your body's biomechanics and your desired health and fitness outcomes.

 

This ensures your program is optimised to yield the best outcomes as safely and efficiently as possible. your progress will then be tracked, enabling you to get the most out of your valuable time and efforts in the gym whilst sustainably making incremental improvements as the training blocks progresses throughout the entirely of the year.
